We have our days filled with tasks, chores, jobs to complete, and people to take care of. Many of us have school, and work we need to get to, and it reduces our time to look after ourselves and eat healthy. The majority of us work Monday-Friday and only get weekends off, which we take to do more household work, enjoy moments with family, rest, and sleep.
